DID ITALY PRODUCE ENOUGH PROSECCO FOR GWEN?

We are delighted to report that the venue has confirmed sufficient amount of Prosecco is in stock. So yes, Italy and the Crown have achieved the aim.

WILL I GET TO SEE NUTMEG?

Nutmeg is pleased to confirm that she is in attendance all day, and will be chief treat taster. Nutmeg will join us at the ceremony but will then have some rest whilst we eat. She may have a little surprise for all of her paw pals who couldn't make the day and will make an appearance later that night.

what about friday, i have heard about pre celebrations?

We have reserved an area within the Crown Hotel on Friday evening, from 6pm where guests can mingle before meeting the next day. Its likely that people shall arrive throughout Friday and the hotel have confirmed that food can be served until 830pm. Just turn up, no need to call ahead.

Are kiddies welcome?

We warmly invite you to join us on our wedding day. To ensure a serene and mature celebration, we respectfully request that the event be limited to adults only. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this joyous occasion with you.

PLEASE CAN YOU REMIND ME ABOUT TRANSPORT?

We have arranged for a vintage bus to take our guests who are staying at The Crown hotel, or those who live close to Framlingham and those who have confirmed they are staying in Framlingham on the night before the wedding, to pick up at 1045am from outside the Crown in Framlingham. Our best men will be on hand on the morning to help our guests to the bus. The bus will also return you to the Hotel for our wedding reception.

wHAT ABOUT TIMING, CAN YOU CONFIRM?

Our ceremony starts at 1200, and we invite our guests to join us from 11am onwards where we can all meet outside the Shire Hall(weather permitting), or pop to the pub opposite for a drink. Guests need to be seated at 1145.
For our evening guests the evening party kicks off at 7pm and will finish about midnight

is there a wedding gift list?

We are blessed to have your love and support. We are not asking for any gifts, we appreciate people coming to celebrate with us on the day. If however our guests do wish to contribute, a donation towards our honeymoon fund or Thai currency would be greatly appreciated.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

We want our guests to feel comfortable. Its an informal wedding, in that we aren't following traditions, but who doesn't enjoy dressing up? A few guests have confirmed they have an outfit for day and evening, and this is absolutely fine. In traditional Jim & Adam style, we just want people to be able to celebrate and be comfortable. The only thing banned are Spurs & Liverpool kits!

CAN I POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA

We kindly ask that no pictures of us are posted on social media until after we have posted. Feel free to take photos of yourselves during the day and post. The Shire Hall doesn't permit photos during the ceremony except by our wonderful photographer

Food wise, can you let us know what to expect

For our day time guests we have the wedding breakfast served at approximately 3pm. We shall also have an evening hot buffet at approximately 8pm. We don't want to spoil anymore so you will have to wait and see

IF I AM NOT STAYING IN FRAMLINGHAM, HOW SHOULD I GET BACK TO MY HOTEl?

We strongly advise you booking a taxi as soon as possible as public transport doesn't really exist in Framlingham & Ubers haven't made it this far east. M&R cars in Woodbridge are your best bet and can be contacted on 01394 386191

what time will the celebrations end?

For us, we are heading to France on the Sunday so we shall continue our celebrations! For everyone else, our DJ will close at midnight. So please ensure you have booked your transport for then
